It belongs to the Global Insight Fund - a closed-end venture capital fund, composed of four autonomous sub-funds, with a structure compatible with the legal requirements of the Residence Permit for Investment Activity (ARI / Golden Visa) program in Portugal.

The BlueWater Capital Fund aims to invest in Portuguese SMEs operating in areas of excellence and technological innovation. The fund's strategy focuses on projects that promote environmental sustainability, with a focus on the use of marine resources, as well as initiatives in the areas of energy, CleanTech, and BioTech.
